Step 2: Skype Interview
An applicant will then be contacted for a short 15 minute interview to access their suitability for our program. It is also an opportunity for the application to ask a few questions.

The applicant will discuss with the appropriate country representative their desired location, institution or objectives.

Step 4: Accept offer
The applicant accepts an offer made by a institution and signs the contract. At this point the applicant is "locked" in for the position.

Step 5: Arrive in China
After accepting the offer the successful applicant will need to submit an application for a work visa and make travel arrangements.
