WHO CAN APPLY?

This program is open to candidates with or without teaching qualifications or experience, who meet the following requirements:

• native speakers of English (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland etc.);
  
• new graduates with bachelor’s degree or diploma are encouraged; and
• aged at least 20.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The requirements for an ideal candidate are, as follows:

• 1+ year teaching experience, preferably in EFL or ESL;

• bachelor's degree;
  
• TEFL certificate (CELTA or equivalent preferred);
  
• native English speaker;
  
• passport issued by an English-speaking country;
  
• enthusiasm, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good team spirit & investment in student success;
  
• aged 20 to 55 (due to China working visa requirements); and
  
• no criminal record.
